Big Blue Corduroy Weekender Tote Bag

 The exterior of this bag is made with a lovely blue corduroy that used to be a blue jacket. I love to make something old turn into something new and useful like this wonderful large tote bag.  It  could be a weekend getaway bag, maybe a diaper bag, even a great project bag,  What would you use it for? This is a great one of a kind tote bag to use on a weekend getaway. This roomy bag can be used as a large purse, an overnight bag or just a bag to carry all those things you need on a daily basis.  The inside lining & pockets and trim on the outside of the bag I used a beautiful cotton fabric its black background is covered with blue, green, purple & teal flowers. This bag is gorgeous. I added 2 large inside pocket, and a little pen pocket. There are 2 pockets on the outside front that would be a great place to put your phone, keys etc. It has a magnetic closure and it has 2 handles that could be carried over the shoulder or in your hand.

Large Stonewashed Denim and Batik Tote Bag ~ Weekender ~ Diaper Bag

Purples, pinks and blues is the color palette I used when putting this wonderful tote bag together. This is the third in this series of bags. Handmade large 21 inch by 15 inch tote bag, diaper bag, weekender made with stone washed denim and cotton batik fabric. This stylish tote bag has a beautiful purple and pink batik pocket on the front that closes with a frayed edge flap with a magnetic clasp, this would be a great pocket to keep your cell phone, keys or anything you want to get to easily. This tote bag has two light brown straps made of ultra suede for carrying sewn onto the bag from the bottom of the bag to almost the top to give this it extra strength. I have added a large pocket with a flap and magnetic clasp to hold it closed onto the front exterior of this bag. The inside of this bag was made with a variety of purple, pink and blue batik fabrics that I sewed together and made into the lining. I added one large slip pocket made of denim to the inside of this bag, and this bag closes with two magnetic clasps at the top.

Tote Bag Stonewashed Denim and Bright Colorful Cotton Batik with Flowers

 Handmade tote bag.  I made this large tote bag with bright, colorful cotton batik fabric and stone washed blue denim.  This wonderful tote bag would be a great beach bag, a project tote, or a large bag for everyday.  It has two straps for carrying, two magnetic clasps to hold it closed, one interior large slip pocket, and one large exterior pocket with a flap that stays closed with a magnetic clasp.  This colorful tote bag can be found in my shop Kathisewnsew's Boutique.

Stonewashed denim large tote bag with colorful cotton batik lining and front pocket. It has 2 tan ultra suede straps for carrying on your shoulder or in your hand. I added a large colorful pocket on the exterior of the bag with a flap and magnetic closure. I pieced strips of cotton batik together to make the lining. I added a denim large pocket inside with a snap to keep it closed. There is a magnetic closure at the top of this bag to keep the bag closed. This would be a wonderful weekender bag to take on a trip, or maybe a diaper bag with lots of room to put diapers, bottles and other baby things. It would be a fun beach bag, room for towel, lotion, a book, extra clothes. What could you use it for?
